Description:
Travel, explore and live without limits!
Choquequirao, considered one of the last refuges of the Incas, is located at the top of a mountain at an altitude of almost 3,350 meters, surrounded by the imposing snow-capped peaks of Salkantay and Humantay. Its name in Quechua, «Choquequiraw», which means «Cradle of Gold», although possibly not its original name, evokes the richness and mystery of this remote archaeological center, also known as the «Lost City of the Incas». Its architecture remains intact, offering a vivid testimony of the splendor of the Inca civilization. During this exciting adventure, you will be accompanied by our team of professionals in adventure routes: expert guides, experienced cooks and porters, as well as muleteers and their mules for logistical support. This expedition will take you to explore two of the most significant archaeological sites in Peru and Cusco: Choquequirao and Machu Picchu.
